My blackberry curve 9315 screen shows all messed up can't seem to solve even though I restored the software. What can I do?

Where to find os for curve 9320 or do a reset when corrupted and some buttons don't work?
This phone is partially locked and will not show update from 1319, cannot use cursor enter button phone answer button but want to try a reset or reload of os. Cannot currently open messages, texts, and cannot answer calls other than by Bluetooth if I'm in my vehicle. Any help would be appreciated. I have loaded bbsak as well but don't want to use it unless I can get the os first. I have tried: Removed battery and restarted a number of times. I think it was caused by: Keypad went silly and could only enter numbers or symbols then it shows an Alt sign in a box in the top right hand corner of the screen where the bars of wireless connectivity are and cannot get it to disappear.

Password Keeper recovery after update to OS 7.1.2039?
I have had an update done on my Blackberry Curve phone. All my data was backed-up on my Laptop. After the update I don't seem to have the Password Keeper app on my upgraded OS. Consequently, I don't seem to have access to my passwords. How would you suggest that I can recover my passwords. Should I reinstall Password Keeper on my upgraded OS and then sync the data between the backup on my Laptop and my phone?

The problem is, most likely, a bad battery or a bad contact with the battery. You will need either to replace the battery or to push it against the contacts, which are shown in the picture below.
